  This gun heats up quick and gets the job done. Just one thing on it once used be aware that it stays hot so watch where you set it. It will melt anything near it.

  This heat gun is simply great and worth every penny! I love it! I am glad I got the one with a digital display. While I love this product I think it has two minor design flaws . First, there is no line indicating which setting you have the temperature knob on. That is easy to fix on your own with a felt pen. But then we have the markings on the knob itself. They are backwards... In order to increase the temperature you turn the know clockwise. And with the help of the digital display, this is super easy. But if we look at the numbers on the knob one can get confused... If we assume the markings indicate heat, they are in the wrong order as you will have to LOWER the number to increase the temperature. If we think of the numbers as attenuation rather than heat it all makes sense. The highest attenuation gives the lowest temperature. These are such a minor things that I still give it 5 stars.

  This things spews out hot air faster than my ex-step dad when he was on an abusive rampage! Seriously though I use this for cleaning up stringing on 3d prints and it works great! Sometimes a little too great with PLA so I have to be quick or else it becomes puddle plastic city!

  The gun runs at the stated temperatures , and the attachments are sturdy enough for the tasks .Main draw back the trigger is delicate a slight shift of finger will turn it on/off/higher .
