  My arthritis makes it challenging to manually grind and this guy does a fair amount quickly and easily. There's a learning curve with getting the pieces together to work, and you need to break large pieces down a bit before using; otherwise, it fits my needs to a T.

  This product is not effective at all. It just moves the material around the little bowl. The blades are not sharp at all. It wouldn't cut up basic herbs like basil or oregano. I do not recommend.

  If you only have a little to grind this thing is worthless! I bought one for myself and for a friend, I would never give this to anyone.

  This herb grinder works but the motor feels a bit anemic. Not sure if that's a good thing yet or not. On the one-hand, it doesn't turn my herb into powder like a coffee grinder does. That's good. The motor feels weak and took a while to get my herb to the coarseness I was looking for. I found that it seemed to work better if I turned it sideways or upside down while grinding. But be careful - the lid isn't locked on while grinding and you could easily spill your precious herb. I just wish the motor was a bit more robust. Maybe that's a good thing since I didn't want it to over grind. But might be a bad thing if the motor burns up too quickly. Only time will tell.... It wasn't expensive so I still think I got my money's worth. 😊

  I use this for cannaoil and cannabutter and it grinds the devil's lettuce just right for it. Not too small and not too big. I don't think I'd use it for joints or a party bowl, as a matter of fact I know I wouldn't because I'm on the hunt still for an electric one for that due to RA in my hands.

  The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a present for my boyfriend who uses the devils lettuce, he saw it on Amazon and wanted it so I got it for him for his birthday. It was much louder than we expected it to be. If we were using it late at night he would have to tuck it into himself to quiet the noise at least a little bit. Also our dog chewed up the charger and we needed to buy a new one so we put it in a draw for safe keeping and forgot about it, eventually a couple months later he saw it and went out and bought a charger for it. We’ve had it plugged in, on and off for three days trying to charge it, and all it does it flash red and blades vibrate slightly. I thought it might be hibernation mode so we plugged it in for eight straight hours and it did nothing.

  It works but wish I would have researched more because everything sticks to the plastic. I feel this is better suited for nuts.Would return but already used for some special herbs so don't want to return with the smell.Do your research!
