  I haven't painted in a while and didn't have the need to spend $500-$600 on a gun that wasn't going to be used that often but was leary of how a cheaper gun would actually spray.... I bought this gun because of the different size nozzles and air caps that came with it.. can spray base colors, clear and heavier, thicker filler primer... I sprayed PPG base coatand PPG 2021 clear.... I was very happy with the way it sprayed and the clear layed out.... minimal cut and buff

  I was not expecting much for the price, but wow it works great. I used it to apply 3 coats of primer 3 coats of base and 4 coats of clear. Was impressed with the paint gun. I will definitely buy more.

  I paint farm & landscaping equipment. The past few years I've used lowend hvlp paint guns, which although they work, are prone to problems.I purchased this gun for the multiple sizes of needles & nozzles. Yellow, orange & red are a pain to paint with the smaller needle/nozzle sizes.This gun works great for the larger pigment sized paints, cleans & assembles super easy & quick. Good pressure, and the spray width adjuster ACTUALLY works. Makes painting quicker.

  When you buy cheap don't expect much. This gun is poor quality. First the tool to remove the nozzle does not remove the nozzle it just slips. I had to use a vise grip to get the nozzle off. Second the adjustment screws don't do much adjusting. They seem to operate in an on off mode no fine tuning. Lastly, the gun spray sporadically. Somethings it will spray material out the nozzle then something it won't and the material will spray out from the top and sides of the cup. Spend the extra money and get something better. Amazon sells a neiko brand spray gun, which is a budget gun but much better quality.

  This little gun performs extremely well for the price, it compares quite well to the more expensive Husky guns from Home Depot. As many others have said, the nozzle is screwed on so tightly that one must put it in a vice and use a socket set to loosen it for the first time. Whoever puts them on at the factory, must use an impact wrench. That is, however, the only issue I have had with an otherwise perfect gun.

  I needed an air spray gun that was capable of spraying heavier paint. This gun works well with the different sizes of tips you get. I bought a gun from Harbor Freight that did not have a wrench to breakdown for cleaning. It also only has one tip size and harbor freight doesn’t carry replacement tips.
